THIS ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION ("AAA"), BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR CHOSEN BY BOTH YOU AND DEVICEBUYERS.COM.
